WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE HERE? Prime Corner Property – Over 3.5 Acres – 4 Separate Lots
I purchased this property two years ago with one primary goal:
To finally clean up the eyesore I’ve looked at for more than 40 years.
Now it’s time for something new - and I want your ideas.
What kind of business should go here?
• Burger Bar
• Chicken Restaurant
• Coffee Shop
• Gas Station/Combo
• Add your own idea? - Send me a short email!
Submitted Ideas/Comments from the public:
• Coffee shop/Bakery with light sandwiches and salads. Think Pretty Bird in Yardley
• Coffee shop/lunch spot
• European Bistro w/breakfast and lunch
• Nice Restaurant
• Affordable Diner similar to “its nutts” or ice cream shop
• Coffee shop/Bakery/deli type Café.
• Burger bar
• Nice restaurant with Breakfast, lunch and dinner but not too expensive so we can go more often.
• Food Venue possibly Fish with nice restaurant.
• Bowmans Style Pub or upscale café, made to order food with comfortable seating. No Drive throughs. Upscale vibe.
• Breakfast/Lunch spot like Turning Point in Newtown. Or like the old Blue Ram
• Pancake house type, good sit-down breakfast place. Or Paris Baguette kind of place.
• Something with a good feel and homey, like Bowmans. But no drive throughs.
• Coldstone or Jamba Juice but no fancy restaurant.
• Café with great coffee with take out. Baked goods and keep a 1950 to 1960s gas pump theme. retro, deco.
• Diner, retro. Breakfast and lunch. Maybe some throwback food styles from 1776.
• Brewery tap house like the Odd Bird Brewery in NJ.
• Coffee, Bagel café.
• Community center
• Bar with good food
• Brunch/lunch spot
• Cute café or ice cream shop.
• No fast food or drive thrus. Breakfast/lunch spot
23 responses out of 30 so far. It seems 90% of people are leaning in the same direction. Now does anyone want to buy the lot and build it? Reach out – the lot is FOR SALE.
Lots of great ideas, thank you. Now we need a restaurant entrepreneur to turn this into a successful Food spot. Keep the ideas flowing.
I’m looking for someone who is interested in new business ownership, property ownership, or both.
Whether you want to use the existing buildings or clear the site and build from the ground up, this property offers endless potential. With over 3 acres and four separate lots, it can be developed as one project or split and sold individually.
If you have interest, ideas, or a concept you’d like to bring to this corner - please send me a short email.
Thanks, Steve
